The story follows Petrov, the Russian Prime Minister, as he attends a concert where the singer Venus and the rock band C.M.F. are performing. The drummer of the band, who used to be a biker, will have to rejoin the fray when Petrov and his two daughters are abducted by the perilous Russian revolutionary Kazov, who has escaped from Afghanistan. During the unfolding events, the United States Ambassador, Venus, and the musicians also find themselves caught in the crossfire.

When Petrov and his daughters are taken hostage by the fugitive Kazov, the former biker-turned-drummer of C.M.F. is compelled to spring into action once again.
